These thick stainless steel blades are extra durable, but you may notice some dulling after extensive use. Our knives are designed to be sharpened and deliver years of ultra-thin slicing.

We recommend cutting boards that are smooth, easy to clean, and have a bit of give. Wooden cutting boards and high-quality polyethylene boards are best.

It's best to use knife sheaths when storing knives in the drawer. That way, you don't cut your hands and your knives are protected against dings from other utensils.
