Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly in hot, soapy water with a sponge to remove the protective glaze wax layer completely and then immediately dry it thoroughly. Never store the pan when it is damp.

After washing, the pre-seasoned pan is ready to cook with oil or butter.

Allow the pan to cool gradually after use. Rinse the pan under hot running water and use a sponge or scrub brush. Always dry the pan immediately and before storing it. Never soak the pan.

To enhance the natural nonstick layer, you can rub a little oil onto the pan before storage.
