Clean the exterior of the appliance and the wooden accessories using a soft sponge dampened with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

To clean the nonstick cooking plate, wipe the surface using kitchen paper lightly moistened with cooking oil.

The spatulas and wooden spreader are not dishwasher safe and must not be immersed in water or left to soak.
